Jon-David launched his commercial real estate career in 2006 and opened his own brokerage firm, JDJ Realty in 2010. He is currently serving as the 2024 President of the Mississippi Commercial Association of Realtors (MCAR). Earning his CCIM designation in 2019, Jon David is set to join the board of the Mississippi chapter of Certified Commercial Investment Member’s (CCIM) in 2025. With over 25 years of hands-on experience as a commercial real estate Investor and professional, his personal investment, ownership, and management of properties provide valuable insights for his clients.
Kim Bobbitt - Broker Associate
Kim is a Memphis TN native, but she and her husband have lived in Mississippi for over 30 years and raised their four sons here. Kim previously worked with her husband Tom as a graphic production artist in a land planning and design firm. Over the years Kim’s graphic arts skills have been utilized in the development of local municipal projects as well as in numerous private commercial and residential developments. Through her experience and unique skillset Kim can provide her clients with exceptional real estate services. She is always happy to assist whatever your real estate needs may be.
Tom Bobbitt - Agent
Tom is originally form Chapel Hill, North Carolina but has lived and worked in Mississippi since 1979 and raised four sons here with his wife Kim. He has almost 40 years of experience in various aspects of real estate planning and development. He is a licensed landscape architect as well as a land planner and developer. He was involved in the planning, implementation, and development of residential communities such as Bridgewater, Annandale and Reunion and various commercial projects such as Highland Colony Parkway and Renaissance. Rebecca Atkinson – Broker Associate
Rebecca is a valuable member of the JD Johnson real estate team. She is a Yazoo County native and comes from a long line of farmers. She is incredibly proud of her roots. Her farming background has instilled in her a love of the land and wildlife, along with a strong work ethic and sense of unwavering loyalty. Rebecca’s involvement the real estate business began over twenty years ago when she started investing in the residential rental market. In 2016, she began working with Litsinger Realty. Rebecca always puts the needs of her clients first as they work through the buying and selling process together.
Chad Doiron - Agent
Chad, a native of Mississippi, has deep roots in his community. After completing his high school education at St. Joseph Catholic School, he pursued higher education at Mississippi State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration.
Upon graduation, Chad became a licensed insurance producer and quickly transitioned into the real estate industry in 2023. His commitment to professional growth is evident through his active involvement in the Madison Ridgeland Rotary Club and the Mississippi Commercial Association of Realtors.
With a strong sales background and a family history of involvement in commercial developments around Madison County, Chad possesses extensive knowledge of the commercial real estate market. Graham Wells – Broker Associate
Graham grew up in Canton, MS. After graduating high school from Canton Academy, he attended Mississippi State University and earned a Business Degree in Management of Construction and Land Development. As a lifelong citizen of Madison County, he is familiar with the area and considers it his specialty. His knowledge of the Central Mississippi area will be a great resource for your Land, Commercial and Residential Real Estate needs.
Charlotte Brown – Agent
Charlotte is great addition to JD Johnson Realty. Her knowledge of the Jackson metro area and her desire to help buyers make her a valuable resource whether clients are looking for land or the home of their dreams. Charlotte is a lifelong resident of Madison County and has been a realtor since 1998. She is a member of National Association of Realtors, Mississippi Association of Realtors, and Central Mississippi Realtors Association. Charlotte has also been a licensed residential builder with the Mississippi Contractors Association since 2003. With her husband, Bobby Brown, she developed the Twin Cedars, WildWood, and Sagefield subdivisions. Charlotte and Bobby also developed the Twin Cedars shopping center located in Gluckstadt.
Charlie Morgan - Agent
Charlie is a lifelong resident of Mississippi who is joining the team after 30 years as a private business owner. He was the co-owner of C&H Hardware and Flooring and served the hardware needs of the Canton area for over 25 years. The floor covering business included both residential and commercial needs throughout Mississippi. Charlie and his wife Jennifer reside in Canton. Renee is from Baton Rouge, LA. She moved to Madison in 1999 with her husband and five children. Renee worked in the banking industry prior to starting at JD Johnson Realty in 2013. Renee is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Mississippi and is responsible for managing our third-party management properties as well as company owned properties. Her management experience includes: multi-family, single-family, self-storage, retail and office property management. She has proven to be very loyal, competent and trustworthy, and she gets along well with everyone. Her integrity and friendly demeanor serve her well as a property manager and agent.
